In order to protect everyone’s safety as much as possible, even if not foreseen by the rules for reopening during phase 2, we have decided to disinfect and sanitize all the premises both in preparation and administration of the Restaurant (see Certification).
Furthermore, as required by current standards, the following procedures are respected:
The distance between the tables is more than 1 meter (even if only 1 meter is imposed)
Every day the planned sanitization measures are strictly respected
For a more rigid prevention, the kitchen staff, in addition to working with nitrile masks and gloves, was also equipped with anti-spray visors. In addition, the temperature is measured daily to all staff during the start and end of the service
The capacity of the room has been expanded externally and reduced internally
A courtesy service of masks and gloves for internal needs of the premises is also available to all customers
During phase 2 of Covid 19, pending a return to full work, the menu was concentrated in order to guarantee always fresh and seasonal products
