Rome Dining in Trastevere
We found a wonderful new restaurant in Trastevere a few weeks ago called "Marco G" on Via Garibaldi,56. We had the pleasure of meeting Marco, the owner, who brought us an incredible selection of appetizers including their specialty; cold, thin sliced octopus. A truly memorable meal, great service, comfortable and stylish decor.

Piaciuto: Food, Service

Marco G. is a restaurant which opened in mid-2010. It is located in a small street going up to gianicolo. As many other restaurants in that area, at first glance it shows off some typical touristic features: checkered tablecloths and two languages menu. However, the good quality of food and the excellent value for money make it a place to seriously consider for an easy night out. Our table was located right under a brick's arch: we are four and the atmosphere looks very intimate. Despite the large number of seats available the restaurant is cleverly organized so that each table has its own space, without invading the neighbors.
